I’ve had a super career so far, working with lots of brilliant people to create amazing work. I worked client side for big names such as Barclays, BT and Universal Pictures before setting up and exiting my own city-based consultancy.


I had a grown-up gap year a while ago and spent a wonderful time backpacking around South America, learning Spanish, training as a chef and recharging my batteries. Now I choose to work with a handful of clients, solving gnarly problems and creating value.


My clients tell me my talent is working through the piles of cr*p to get to the insight needed to create truly effective customer strategies. I love what I do, love the people I work with and make sure we have fun whilst working hard. Life is too short to do otherwise don’t you think?
